Go ahead and select Import Mod Pack and watch the files import all the files from the folder. Congratulations, you have installed your first mod successfully hopefully. Alternatively, if you need to enable or disable specific mods then the mod list tool is helpful.

Touch of Real Male is basically the same as the last mod I just mentioned, but the changes are made completely to the faces of males instead of females.
It adds a lot of better-looking textures to the male presets, completely replacing all of the vanilla ones. Bear in mind that none of these two face packs should have too much of a strain in your graphic performance.
The game looks much better under this mod, and the framerate stayed practically the same as soon as I installed it. In fact, one could argue that the few frames that my computer dropped when I installed this mod were caused by the other HD textures that I had installed in combination with this shader pack. This mod is very similar to the last one, as it serves as a complete collection of texture mods that change most of the vanilla textures that come with the base game.
But still provide users with a unique set of 1k textures, all of which look far better than the vanilla ones. This fantastic collection includes a whole bunch of amazing presets that balance amazing graphics without forgetting the importance of system performance. Better shading, lighting, and much better processing make this one of the best FFXIV mods that you can install to improve the graphical look of the game. Changes like this do require your computer to have enough processing power to work with these graphics, and a video card capable of running it is fundamental as well.

This mod adds new textures for skin quality, lips, and eyes, so your bunny girl and upcoming with the Endwalker expansion, bunny boy looks picture-perfect in every cutscene. The Touch of Real mods make for some of the best available facial retexture packs.
True to its name, Touch of Real replaces the original face bases with startlingly realistic textures to make you feel even more connected to your FFXIV alter ego. Just note that, at this time, the only races that can obtain these textures are Hyur, Miqo'te, and Elezen. This is the Touch of Real mod designed for male faces, since it would be a shame for these textures to be gender-locked.
Currently, Lalafell are excluded from these face textures, but this could change in the future. The NPC Defined mod ensures that your own character isn't the only lovely creature wandering Eorzea—various NPCs throughout the game also get a texture upgrade.
The original texture design of these characters has not been altered or even smoothed out, simply upgraded to enhance facial details four times over.
